- We are the proud owners of Darkspectre Custom Couture and Props. Together with my husband we custom build high quality props for haunted attractions and I design and create fabulous costuming for pretty much every occasion except bridal. Current favorites range from movie replica gowns to pirates gear. The past 2 years has kept us so busy we haven't had time to update the site, but that will be changing over the next 2 weeks.
- Fondest Industry Memory
- My fondest industry memory would have to be the first year I thought it would be a great idea to put on that years costume and take a bucket of candy down to my kids school to hand out to the lil' ones. I vampired out including white contact lenses and custom fangs and well, I thought I looked pretty...but teachers were shrinking against the walls as I passed them in the hallway and one even inserted a student between herself and moi! I ended up putting in a brief appearance and handing over the candy bucket due to the "disturbance" I was causing and went on my merry way. The grocery store was next....that was GREAT!! Mwhooohahahahahaaaaa!!!

Does anybody remember at Midwest, who was it that had the hand-held PVC machine gun air cannon ? they had a working model in thier booth. Very cool prop, but I can't remember the supplier and don't see it in any lit I grabbed.
